This policy explains what Skelly Essentials LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use the Skelly Essentials toolkit and website, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

Email address and account identifier	To create your account, sign you in, and contact you about your purchase.
Purchase records — pack bought, amount, date, order ID	To credit your Bones, handle refunds, and meet accounting and tax obligations.
Content you upload or generate — images, audio, video, scripts, prompts	To run the service for you and let you come back to your own work.
Usage records — which generations ran, when, and their Bone cost	To keep your balance accurate, refund failures, and detect abuse.
Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, error logs	Security, fraud prevention, and fixing faults.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record, with card processing by Stripe. We receive only the order result — what was bought, for how much, and whether it succeeded.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We pass the minimum necessary to the providers that make the service work:

• Polar and Stripe — to take payment and process refunds.
• AI providers (including Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and BytePlus) — the prompts, images or audio needed to run a generation you requested. We do not send them your email or payment details.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and storage.
• Legal authorities — only where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

• Your generated work and uploads stay until you delete them or close your account.
• Purchase and transaction records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires.
• Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your uploads and generated work; we keep purchase records where the law requires it.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA — including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. We do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to the account owner. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach affects their data.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
