All orders are final. Skelly Essentials is a digital product — the moment you pay, you get the full blueprint, the prompts, the tool list and the private community. There's nothing to send back, so we don't run open returns.
But we're not hiding behind that. If something genuinely went wrong with your order, open a ticket in the Skelly Essentials Discord and tell us what happened. That's where refund requests go. Every ticket is read personally, and if we believe a refund is deserved, we'll consider it and issue one.
Everything sold here is digital and delivered instantly and in full. Once your payment goes through, access is granted immediately and permanently — the PDF playbook, every prompt, the tool and voice list, the agency link, and the private Discord.
Because that access can't be handed back once it's been given, purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable by default, and we don't offer a cooling-off window, a trial period, or partial refunds for unused portions of the material.
"Final" doesn't mean "ignored." If you believe your situation deserves a refund, open a ticket in the Skelly Essentials Discord and lay out what happened. That's where every refund request is made and reviewed — post in #1-1-support, and your invite link is in the guide you received at checkout.
Do it within 14 days of your purchase. We'd rather hear about a problem and fix it than have you sit on a bad experience. Requests outside that window are handled entirely at our discretion — open a ticket anyway if something's genuinely wrong.
Opening a ticket is a request, not a refund. We read it, we consider it properly, and if we believe it's deserved you get your money back.
Tickets are reviewed personally — not by a bot, and not by a support team reading from a script. You'll normally get a response within 3 business days.
We look at what you bought, what you actually received, and what went wrong. The decision is made at our sole discretion, and opening a ticket doesn't guarantee a refund. If we approve one, it goes back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
This isn't a rulebook we hide behind, it's just what the pattern looks like in practice:
The numbers on this site are our own results. They are not a promise, a projection, or a guarantee of what you'll earn. Your results depend on your effort, your niche, your consistency and factors outside anyone's control — including the platforms themselves.
Not getting the results you hoped for is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. What we owe you is the material and the support we advertised, delivered in full — and that's exactly what you get.
An approved refund ends your access. That means the guide, the downloads, the private Discord, the agency link and any 1:1 support are all revoked, and the license to use any of the material — personally or commercially — ends with it.
If something's wrong, talk to us first. A chargeback filed without ever opening a ticket takes weeks, helps nobody, and we'll respond to it with the full delivery record — the receipt, the access logs and the download history.
Accounts with an open or completed chargeback have access removed until the dispute is resolved in our favor. Come talk to us instead. It's faster and we're reasonable.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Where those laws grant you a refund right that goes beyond what's written here, that right applies.
We may update this policy at any time. The version live on this page at the moment of your purchase is the one that governs your order.
